The RoleThe RoleA leading supply chain and logistics firm is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure their premises are managed in an efficient manner. Reporting to The HR Business Partner, role will involve the arrangement of the management functions and events. Responsibilities for this role will include: *Ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the facilities – routine inspections and repairs are being carried out. *Overall responsibility for reception, drivers/transportation, security, health and safety and building maintenance at the 600 employee site. *Implement financial control to ensure cost-effective spending. *Responsible for relations and negotiations with vendors and contractors . *Accountable for lease agreements, along with legal. *Oversee Fire Wardens and First Aiders. *Responsible for company event management – conferences and staff socials. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be considered for this role it is essential that you fulfill the following requirements: *Minimum of five years of experience in an Office Manager/FM role within the UAE. *Excellent communication skill, with the proven ability to manage a multinational team. *Customer service background. *Highly competent user of MS packages. *An Arabic speaking is highly preferred. |
