Facilities Manager

Job description / Role

Leading International Facilities Management contractor is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their growing team.

Based in Dubai and reporting to Senior Management you will be responsible for overseeing an operational team on one or more projects which might include, commercial or residential complexes. You will be responsible for overall MEP, hard and soft services.

Requirements

You will have at least 5+ years solid experience with a similar company in the Middle East and be used to managing multi-national/disciplined teams.

You will have a good understanding of MEP/HVAC etc.
