Employment: Full Time

A leading Facilities Management company in the United Arab Emirates is experiencing exceptional growth.
They are urgently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to manage the facilities operations of a recently acquired contract in Dubai.
You will report directly to the Group CEO and be responsible for the delivery of a significant Retail site.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Management of the total delivery of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and civil services
• Ensuring the Facilties Management contract is delivered and that service provision KPIs are all attained
• Managing a strong team of Engineers
• Procurement and logistics
• Technical MEP and Civil or Building Maintenance
• Business development within the project

Requirements

The successful Facilties Manager will have the following background:
• A technical or Hard Services background with a degree level qualification in either electrical or mechanical services
• 10 years experience of managing the full contract including KPIs, policies, Health and Safety and Energy Management
• Background of excellent service delivery to an end user
• Track record of managing demanding commercial, retail or mixed use contracts

You will be offered a salary of up to 25000 AED per month including accommodation
