The Role

The Role

Our client, a diversified group of companies with an established Real Estate business have an immediate requirement for a Facilities Manager.

The purpose of the role is to manage Hard and Soft services for both commercial and residential properties. Ensuring swift response and high service level guaranteed.

Responsible for the annual maintenance budget.

Create and manage Service Level Agreements for all hard and soft services.

Ensure Health and Safety regulations and requirements are in place and managed appropriately.

Oversee the work of external service providers.

Suggest areas of enhancement to minimise costs and maximise profits, such as energy saving measures.

Responsible for all emergency maintenance requirements.

This is a role which will be 40% Technical Engineering and 60% Management and Administration.



Minimum of 7 years experience in Facilities Management

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is Essential

The ability to deal directly with tenants and manage a team of maintenance engineers

Must have UAE Working experience

Experience working on both residential and commercial projects would be an advantage
