A Major International Developers are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a large scale project in Dubai.
The Director of operations is seeking a highly professional Facilities manager to work closely together with the management team.
The role will be based in the UAE, and one would be responsible for building operations, building construction, facilities management and sub contractors.
One would manage the day to day delivery of FM , PPM works, and develop facilities management control procedures.
One would be responsible for building a strong customer services and mechanical systems. To manage and coach a diverse group of FM coordinators. To manage a budget and make independent decisions.
One would be responsible for all mechanical matters.
One must be willing to live in the UAE and to have worked in a similar role client side.
Requirements
One must be willing to live in the UAE and to have worked in a similar role client side.
One must have a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years experience in FM MEP one must be multi-skilled with impressive communication skills.
Middle East experience would be an advantage.
Preferably a Member of BIFM, and NEBOSH.
Current location open, however one must possess a consistent CV with client side experience and exceptional communication skills, able to deal with pressure and various third parties.
