The RoleThe RoleA leading, global Facilities Management company are urgently recruiting a Facilities Manager to join their team in Kuwait. You will be responsible for a high profile government building covering 60,000m2, which is a state of the art 'intelligent building', housing 600 staff. Specific responsibilities will include the day to day management of a team of up to 23 staff, the management of an on site call centre, and all hard and soft services through both direct services and 3rd party suppliers. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will be engineering qualified, with knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems being ideal although not essential. You will also be able to demonstrate strong man management, contract management and communication skills. |
