Job description / Role

A new contract win has resulted in employing a Facilities Manager.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will have full responsibility for managing building services and maintenance activities for residential compound villas Doha. This will include:
•Ensuring maintenance is adequately planned and programmed
•Communicating maintenance requirements to owners
•Engaging key tenants in full building maintenance needs
•Attending to tenants' maintenance needs
•Optimising building services including HVAC and key utilities services for the most efficient, sustainable and cost effective result
•Maintaining budgets
•Coordinate Key Suppliers and Subcontractors for service provision
Requirements
You will bring a proven track record of managing a major facility be it a commercial or residential environment. In addition to your technical skills in building services, maintenance planning, maintenance management and/or asset management you have excellent people skills and bring a strong customer service orientation.
Preference will be given to candidates from European countries.
This position will suit candidates who are single and willing to relocate to Doha.
