Facilities Manager – Saudi Arabia (Urgent)

Overview
A leading Facilities Management contractor has an urgent requirement for 2x Facilities Managers due to a recent project win. This role is based in Saudi Arabia.

Client
The client is a well established region-wide Facilities Management service provider. A strong brand, market diversity and excellent levels of service have led to this organization being able to continually win contracts through this challenging time, and in turn they can offer a solid and stable workload. Having recently secured a contract for the complete O&M (hard and soft services) of a major development, an urgent need has arisen for 2 x Facilities Managers.

In order to apply, you must meet the following criteria:
• B.Sc. in Engineering (preferably mechanical)
• 10 years experience within Facilities Management and maintenance engineering
• Hands-on technical background combined with excellent communication skills
• Multi-disciplined experience, including exposure to facilities such as hospitals, hotels, commercial, residential etc
• Thorough understanding of both hard and soft services FM

The role is urgent and as such preference is going to be given to candidates who are currently based in the Middle East and candidates who have experience in the Middle East.
