Job description / Role
A Major Facilities Management consultancy have been established for the last 10 years in the region are seeking an experienced professional to join their team. One could join immediately. One would be based in Saudi Arabia.
Currently overseeing prestigious projects across the Middle East, from Jordan through to the UAE. The Director of Facilities Management is seeking an Operations Manager to be based in Jeddah.
One would be responsible for mixed use projects at construction, hand over through to operations. One would oversee all hard services and maintenance related issues. One would manage all SLA's and ensure projects run smoothly and KPI's are adhered to.
Requirements
The chosen candidate should be Degree educated with a background in Mechanical, Electrical engineering and fluent in English or Building Services. One should have a solid background in Facilities Management operations and to manage large projects. One should have client facing experience and a highly professional manner. Preferably one should already be willing to reside in Saudi Arabia. This is an immediate role to join a highly professional organisation.
One must have excellent report writing skills in both Arabic and English as well as hands on operational experience.
Preferably one should have experience working in the European markets. Current location is open.
