Facilities Supervisor - Property - Qatar
Dareen International Co., one of the world's leading retail franchise companies, operates over 30 of the world's most recognized retail brands in Qatar including H&M and Starbucks. With over 80 stores, we are growing fast and looking for talented individuals to join our team.
The Role:
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for ensuring preventative maintenance along with emergency repairs of all premises and equipment, managing third party suppliers and continually monitoring equipment, services and contractors while maintaining confidentiality of market, commercial, personal and financial information.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
At least 5 years' experience in a 'hands on' role as an electrical maintenance technician
At least 5 years' experience in a multi-skilled supervisory role covering all electrical maintenance and engineering disciplines (AC, power generation & distribution, HVAC/environment controls, chiller plant, lighting, motors, switchgear and electrical installations)
5 years' experience in a retail environment
Strong computer skills
Strong technical awareness and a good overview of building services
Electrical or mechanical engineering degree.
