Job description / Role
We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Facilities Technician to carry out mechanical maintenance activities, such as Corrective Maintenance, Planned Preventive Maintenance, and Emergency Maintenance, ensure quality of works and good workmanship.
You would be responsible for monitoring and updating records of all equipments, ensure that planned mechanical preventive maintenance schedule is complied with, perform and complete the assigned mechanical maintenance service request and tasks within the agreed time, perform good workmanship, use approved quality materials, ensure mechanical installation and equipments are all in good working condition and perform duties with initiative, team work, coordination, customer service.
Requirements
As a Facilities Technician you would have 2 -3 years of experience in Facilities retail background having a Diploma Degree in Engineering and working knowledge of MEP. UAE experience a must.
Experience:
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems. Basic carpentry skills using basic carpentry tools.
Qualifications:
High School or Diploma Holder.
