Job description / Role
Facilities coordinators manage building and equipment maintenance schedules, test building security systems and prepare for emergencies by creating action plans. In a large organization, such as a university, a facilities coordinator may be responsible for the maintenance and security of one building and referred to as the building coordinator. Coordinators communicate daily with all maintenance, annual maintenance Contracts, Fire fighting and Civil Defense related works.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Civil Engineering, Degree graduates
- Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience in any civil related works.
Specialist knowledge:
- MS Office and Internet
Age Range: 20-30
Gender Preference: Male
Language Fluency: English, Hindi
