We represent Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Volvo and Jeep.To provide full after sales and service support to these world-class franchises, we have an established and growing network of service and parts centres throughout the UAE. Increasingly we are finding that our Technicians in these facilities are the face of our business and we want to reinforce that relationship and high level of service delivery. Accordingly, we plan to establish a brand new, state of the art training facility to bring on our own Technicians to do things our own very successful way.We are looking to identify a Facility H & S Maintenance Executive to facilitate the smooth transportation of Training Delegates in to Jebel Ali Free Zone. This person will also manage the general maintenance of the Automotive Training Academy and ensure safe working practices are observed throughout the academy.Your primary responsibilities will cover; * Ensuring all delegates and visitors to the training centre can gain access with minimum inconvenience. Including the processing of gate passes.* Managing the maintenance of the Training Facility to ensure all required equipment is available and ready for the smooth running of a training event.* Ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with all Health & Safety rules and regulations.* Responsibility for the tracking and reporting of accidents and near misses. * Effective and movement of Delegates and Visitors in and around the Free Zone.* Drive to collect and return delegates as appropriate, within the Free Zone or further afield as necessary.* Considering the costs of repairs and maintenance and sourcing cost effective solutions. Tracking the fees paid for day and week passes into the JAFZA Free Zone. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in this opportunity you will need to have the following skills and attributes; * A high level of proficiency in Spoken English* Occupational Health and Safety Qualification (IOSH managing safely) or relevant experience/equivalent.* A UAE or equivalent Driving Licence (i.e. existing licence can be directly transferred)* Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others. * Competent in planning and organizing own case load. |
