Job description / Role
Inspire Selection are working on behalf of an international FM Service Provider based in Abu Dhabi. They have an opening for a Facility/Maintenance Manager with a Civil Engineering degree to manage the facilities on a major hospitality project.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Carpentry, painting, masonry and all general maintenance for the building fabric and external hardscaping works.
They will oversee the planning and scheduling of all resources required to deliver the building fabric maintenance service including parts, labour and the input of the specialist service delivery partners.
Once tasks are completed the Facility Manager will audit to ensure that workmanship is of the highest standards.
You will have input into the development of the maintenance procedures and protocols including method statements, permits to work and appropriate supporting risk assessments.
Ensure that a good HSQE and Information Security culture is promoted within their departments
and among their peers.
Lead by example and ensure that ways to conserve energy, water and resources and minimize
the generation of waste are identified and responded to within the area of responsibility.
Requirements
Must have experience during the operations phase of a Hospitality or healthcare type project
Must hold a Civil engineering degree
Will have experience in a similar type role, with managerial responsibilities for upto 100 trade staff
Experience in a maintenance/FM type role
Experience in district cooling systems will be advantageous
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Circa 32,000 AED/month + education + flights + medical + utilities
