Job description / Role
To work together with Facility Executive, as part of the Operations Team, providing support across the organizations, specifically:
- Assisting with facilities, premises, company accommodation, Labour camp and Office management.
- Responsible to monitor and supervise the Labour camp for the concerned Business unit.
- Responsible to assign the Transportation for the staff and workforce.
- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements.
- Monitor all statutory such as sewage, consumption of the usage of utilities, generator, record and updated.
- Upkeep the repair, office, appliance, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, etc.
- Upkeep the monthly maintenance schedule for aircon serving, generator and all electrical bulbs and wiring.
Requirements
- Urgently Required.
- Preferably Male
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years experienced in Oil & Gas Industry as Site Administrator or in Facilities Management
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, preferably in Excel.
- Ability to handle pressure, energetic, and flexible.
- Can join immediately.
