Facility Manager - FM Company - Excellent Salary
Our client, a Western managed FM company, is looking to hire an Facility Manager to reinforce the team in Abu Dhabi, UAE
You will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the facilities management scope to ensure a consistently high-level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as single point of contact and primary interface with the client.
- Manages on site facilities management operational teams in terms of staffing, training, development and performance.
- Responds to problems and concerns; implements policy, rules and regulations.
- Line management of staff.
- Supports the account management team.
- Reviews and establishes procedure playbooks.
- Manages the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Security & Environmental policies and procedures.
- Ensures all statutory compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
The ideal candidate shall have a relevant bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 10 years' post graduate experience in a similar position, of which preferably 3 years in the Middle East. Proven track record in Facility Management of large projects is a must.
