The Role


The Role


To manage the three main work areas relating to out Property portfolio:

1. Leasing
2. Facility Management i.e.; maintenance of all leased properties
3. Project management, involving supervision of any development projects on our leased properties, factories and office locations.
4. Suggesting relevant property upgrades etc. to increase value

Candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director.

Direct Reports will include; Leasing executive, Maintenance Supervisor and the Project Engineer and their teams.

Experience required
• UAE Experience important, Ideal candidate should have significant experience in Real estate leasing and facility management with at least a brief experience in Project Management
• Experience with large size of leasing portfolio, directly handling the leasing of various types of units, residential villas, apartments, shops, warehouses etc.
• Experience in Facility Management, Should also have some amount of direct management of maintenance function

Education and background
• University Graduate
• At Least 10-12yrs experience in relevant areas.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Any Nationality
