The RoleThe RoleA Local Group of companies with a number of successful divisions along with the capabilities to build, develop and operate a large portfolio consisting of Residential, Commercial, Hospitality projects, Retail and Healthcare are seeking an experienced Facility management contracts professional to work within their already established Facilities management team. Seeking a strong communicator with a forward thinking attitude and ability to think out of the box to report into the VP of FM. One would be responsible for the Retail portfolio and manage the scope of works by identifying needs of each specific project, drafting contracts, evaluating scope of works and identifying areas of concern. Must be able to justify reasons for methods and to have in-depth knowledge of the Facilities management industry. One would be responsible for understanding and to be able to explain to other members of the company how you personally understand what makes each decision value for money as well as the business whilst upholding a high service standard. |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential to be an independent thinker and have managed contracts, tendering, drafting for mixed use projects, including commercial, residential, car parking areas and retail. One must have a strong financial background and to have managed a set budget and explain financial consequences. Preferably to have a resilient character and to be self motivated, as one would not have a team to be manages and may be mainly office based when not overseeing the works. The role is suitable for Facility manager with a commercial background, the client is not seeking an operational manager as other members of the team will have these responsibilities. This is a fantastic immediate opportunity where the client would look at International candidates if one is willing to relocate themselves to the UAE. |
