Job description / Role
In charge of the Operations and administration of the business practices of the Company, Works with the management team, contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices of the Company.
Over all in charge of the Operations of the Company.
Develop and suggest business Operations Strategy.
In charge of the scheduling of Technicians, Supervisors and Customer service Employees.
Management and administration of jobs to clients or maintenance activities.
Allocating and supervision the teams for a particular job.
Coordinates with Purchasing and Warehouse storekeeper with regards to the tools and materials required for the jobs.
Coordinate to Sub contractors and or Building administrator regarding job requirements.
Ensures staffs and managements have sufficient and up?to?date information.
Formulates policies and planning recommendations.
Decides or guides courses of actions.
Requirements
Facility Management Experience of minimum of 2 years in U.A.E.
Knowledgeable on MEP tools, equipment and materials.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Good command in English.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications (word, outlook, excel).
Flexible able to multi task.
Good negotiation Skills and problem solving.
Can work under pressure and able to resolve issues.
Well organized and Stress tolerant able to work with conflicting schedules or complex work load.
Active and Energetic
Team player, and excellent leadership skills
U.A.E. Driving license, Added advantage
