The RoleThe RoleFactory Head - Suez My client is a UAE based company who manufacture and market a range of consumer products in FMCG. The company has now grown from a local company to an international company with a presence in over 84 countries around the globe. I am looking for a Factory Head for their Plant in Suez, Egypt. The Factory Head will be reporting into the CEO. The role is made up of, but not limited to, the following: Quality control & assurance, driving cost efficiencies to reduce cost of production, motivate factory staff, evaluate & research machinery, mapping career paths of the staff & ensuring high standards of Health & Safety, Hygiene and effluent treatment. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe candidate must have more than 12 years experience within food & beverage manufacturing and 2-3 years experience in managing a large manufacturing operation. Knowledge in the full spectrum of manufacturing is needed including production, maintenance and quality. Knowledge of factory HR and worker management is needed. A basic salary + medical insurance is on offer to the right candidate. |
