The RoleThe RolePreference is made to candidates with previous experience working as Factory Manager. Duty will be across the entire factory from raw materials intake to storing of finished goods. Coordinating with Department Heads to schedule work activities related to production and communicate schedules with concerned departments. |
RequirementsRequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and must have at least 10 years experience in a similar role and have proven success working on large scale projects. Must be able to lead and develop team players as well as monitoring factory workers and able to supervise the upkeep of machine maintenance. |
