Factory Manager - Interior Fit outs
Salary: based on experience
Location: Dubai initially and ultimately India

Our Client, head quartered in India, has been in operations for over 30 years and has earned the reputation of been one of the world`s leading interior solutions brand; dedicated to creating the most luxurious homes and corporate spaces.

Understanding their client`s needs and tastes, the highly skilled design team produce personalized styling to each product.

A team of over 1500 skilled artisans and craftsmen support the manufacture of furniture, fit outs and soft furnishings.

Due to their ongoing expansion we are seeking an experienced and professional Factory Manager, currently in the UAE to take over the management role of the factory.

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Manage the day to day activities of the factory in India
- Achieve set targets and production
- Responsible for the quality of services provided by the organization in their relationship with other divisions and departments, corporate organization, client representatives, contractors and suppliers.
- Training and development of staff.

Requirements

- Post Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in a production facility of Interior Fit outs or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years experience at supervisory or management level
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office
- Excellent Leadership & interpersonal skills
- Proven approach to problem solving
- Posses good monitoring / assessing performance of employees
- Ability to handle multitasking situations in the organization
- Experience within the GCC
