Job description / Role
A unique and exciting opportunity has opened for a highly skilled Factory Manager to join a successful and well-established FMCG business in Ajman.
The role of the Factory Manager will involve:
- Overseeing the overall plant operation and maintenance including quality management, housekeeping, cost control and health and safety
- Develop and execute the plant production goals and its manufacturing budgets
- Analyze workforce requirements and ensure the filling of employee vacancies
- Ensure a well-trained and motivated staff
- Establish all shift production schedules
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience within food manufacturing and production
- Well-acquainted in the operation of CFS machines, lines software or similar types
- Specialization in production lines and food processing with the ability to run a massive production operation will be a massive advantage
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with collaborative work ethic
- Must be a number cruncher and tech savvy
