Job description / Role
Looking for Factory Manager - Production, with experience from Tobacco / Cigarette industry.
Job Profile:
- Overseeing the entire Production Process & schedule
- Procurement for required raw material, machinery, etc
- Provide Advice to the Management as per the situation required.
- Analyze Technical & Non Technical Manpower shortage as per the targeted production.
- Coordinate with the clients as & when required
- Liaising with the various departments like Marketing , Logistics , Operations, Finance for smooth functioning between them.
- Prepare various MIS reports on a timely basis
Requirements
- 10 + Years of Experience into Factory Management
- Suitable from Tobacco - Cigarette Background
- Possess Leadership Skills & pleasing personality
- Good Communication skills re required.
