Factory Supervisor - Malaysian (Male)

Job description / Role

Salary: up to 10,000 plus shared accommodation (with one) and transport.

Our client is a well-known Multi National in the Oil and Gas Services Sector is rapidly expanding, due to this growth they are now seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to join their team.

This is a challenging role where you will be taking on a team of people who need clear direction and support and a strong leader. You will be responsible for the planning of the production, equipment maintenance checks and schedules, meeting productions requirements and health and safety requirements of the factory.

The factory currently runs in two shifts with 18 permanent staff per shift and around 10 outsourced. In order to be successful for this role you will need previous supervisory experience, ideally in an oil and gas industry and an engineering degree.

Job Responsibilities:
- Production planning and execution
- Delivery of products on time
- Minimise wastage of materials
- Maintenance planning and checking of machinery and equipment
- All Health and Safety requirements
- Supervising and motivating staff
- Performance Management

Requirements

- Previous Factory supervisory experience
- Engineering Degree
- Air-filtration knowledge useful
- Oil and Gas background preferred
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Understanding of ISO standards ideal
