The RoleThe Role• Ability to direct and manage the production department of (15 tailors, 2 pattern makers, 25 embroiderers and designers) • Ability to take quick action • Make sure dresses are completed on time and customer satisfied • Ability to work with a multicultural working environment • Ability to create beautiful and unique designs / sketches for the VIP customers • Ensuring dresses are flawless and perfect • Must increase the monthly production of dresses collection |
RequirementsRequirements• Must be a graduate of a very famous institute (specialization: fashion design) • Minimum experience of 15 years in haute couture (bridal and evening dresses) • Preferably owned his own bridal boutique in the past. • Excellent leader and decision maker • Excellent communication in English |
