Fashion In-Store Visual Merchandiser

Job description / Role

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser (VM) will be responsible for ensuring that the presentation and merchandising are to the highest standards set out by the Brand Guidelines and the Senior VM, whilst meeting the commercial needs of that particular store/Brand.

Main Responsibilities include:
- Merchandising
- VM execution
- Driving growth in store turnover
- Leading and coaching store teams on VM standards
- Merchandising and Window Displays as directed by the brand and visual team standards in conjunction with the store manager.
- Providing reports and feedback on floor moves and merchandising as required.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and sales team on daily basis to meet the commercial needs and communicate the same to the SVM for assessment and implementation.

Requirements

- A university degree in Arts, or the equivalent
- Previous experience in working as an In-Store Visual Merchandiser or a VM in a Fashion Retail Company
- Must have at least 3 years of experience working in the same role in the past
- Flexible, ability to work inconsistent hours
- Presentable, fashion flair
- Ability to multi-task and work well within tight deadlines
- Must possess excellent communication skills, Fluent in English is a must
