Salary: AED 22,000 - 25,000

A luxury retailer based in Dubai are looking to hire a Fashion PR Executive who will be responsible for developing the qualitative visibility of the companies fashion area for all medias (Written Press, Internet and TV) all over the Middle Eastern Region in order to enhance the creativity, luxury and uniqueness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop editorial placements.
- To Generate a High Visibility for Haute Couture.
- Through exclusive negotiations with only selective media for a qualitative and impactful coverage.
- To organize press trips to visit ateliers during the collections.
- Prepare the Budget according to the International PR Plan.
- Follow up all the expenses and revise the budget if necessary according to the actions.
- To Select the Key and Right Medias for visibility.
- To set a plan and negotiate the editorials visibility : articles around the collections.
- Develop stories with the available tools (communiques, interviews, photos, images, videos).
- Capitalize on Heritage, Know How, Luxury and Uniqueness of company.
- To Follow up the Results of Negotiations.
- To Monitor the press daily and prepare the Press Review.
- To Prepare reports and send feed back.
- To ensure the forecast of the press material for each collection (press books, look books, dvd, beta cam).
- To dispatch the tools.
- To Follow up with journalists.
- Organize regular Market Visits.
- To Visit Agents and Partners.
- To Meet the Press in the Region.
- To Organize Local Shootings.
- To Organize Press Trips for Collection .
- To Budget the trip.
- To Select the right media and journalist according to the Collection.
- To Organize Interviews with company Spokespersons.
- To prepare reports after each trip and follow up on the release of article (to be translated).
- To prepare an International and Local Fashion Shootings Plan.
- To Budget the Shooting Plan.
- To Develop Editorial placements.
- To Invest in partnership with Media around Products launches.
- To Select the right partners for Shootings.
- Local Shootings : Oversee the bookings of the Venue, Model, Hairdresser, the Makeup Artist. Prepare a Mood Board with the Looks selected, the Make Up Inspiration and the Accessories or Jewelry chosen.
- To follow up on the logistic and organization of the shootings.
- Foreign shootings: To transmit to the concerned press office, a very detailed Press Sample Order Form to follow up on the goods receipt and return. To communicate the results locally and to the International Coordination Fashion PR Team.
- To prepare Press Presentation in the Show Room.
- According to the show calendar and reception of looks:
- To organize the schedules.
- To prepare a Retro-Planning.
- Follow up on the dcor and set up of the venue, the food and beverage menu.
- To write reports and present actions after-events.
- To write Press Communication.
- About Boutiques opening in the Region.

Requirements

- 5-6 years or more of Fashion PR experience in Luxury Fashion.
- Excellent commercial understanding across Luxury Fashion.
- Solid experience of dealing with press and various media channels.
- Degree educated.
- Strong financial experience of setting and working to budgets.
