Feasibility Analyst - Finance - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

We are looking to recruit Feasibility Analyst within Cairo Festival City Finance team, to develop, update and report financial feasibility models, cash flow projections, budget monitoring, and market analysis for new and existing projects in the Real Estate division. Your job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:
- Develop, update and report financial feasibility models, cash flow projections, budget monitoring, and market analysis for new and existing projects in the Real Estate division.
- Produce feasibilities for new projects in conjunction with the Feasibility Manager.
- Review performance of existing projects against feasibilities on a monthly basis and in conjunction with concerned departments; development, commercial, sales, leasing, marketing and finance
- Ensure Estate Master is used as the project consolidation tool and is populated with relevant data in a timely manner. This will involve coordination between departments and clear analysis of results. A sanity check and follow up is part of this process.
- Cash flow coordination between departments in commercial, development, finance, sales, treasury, leasing and marketing. Preparation of the report in excel and tying to latest Estate Master data.
- Update research to maintain relevance across all regions where we are active in development or operations.
- Develop strong financial model to lead Investment processes across the organization as well as perform analyses including variance analysis.

About you:
As a Feasibility Analyst, you need to demonstrate the following Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Business degree, preferred CFA certification.
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role. Working knowledge of the construction/development and real estate industry including hospitality, commercial, retail, residential and infrastructure developments would be an advantage

Requirements

- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, V-Look-up, charts, graphs and macros)
- Strong experience in setting up and organizing database and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of ERP/Estate Master an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Behavioural Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
