Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Core Responsibilities

- Focus on project assessment, financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, investment structuring, legal framework review, negotiations and other related activities.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for master-planned projects and single asset projects in hospitality, real estate, tourism attractions and other Omran related activities.
- Construct, review and maintain financial models for existing and potential investments.
- Prepare and review Business Plans and financial projections.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Qualified Accountant – preferred.
- 5+ years post qualification experience in similar role with asset management, corporate finance, equity research or investment industry.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including experience in financial modelling.
- Strong analytical skills with high level of accuracy and proven experience in proactively adding value to the business through analysis of business information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
