Feasibility Manager - Hotels

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading Real Estate Developer is looking for an exceptional finance professional to join their team in Dubai to work in their Hotels Business Unit.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Perform independent financial analysis (feasibilities) of prospective investment opportunities.
- Develop standard models for investment analysis.
- Prepare forecast financial statements for pipeline projects (hotels under development) for budgets and strategic plans.
- Validate and review reasonableness of key project assumption, including internal and external benchmarking for all project investment analysis.
- Perform independently in-house project financial due-diligence and benchmarking.
- Undertake the assessment of post completion analysis.

Requirements

- You should be a certified Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant or hold an MBA in Finance.
- You should have at least 10+ years experience of Hotel Property Development Business and sound understanding of Business and Financial Modeling.
- Expert knowledge of latest financial analysis techniques. Sound accounting & analytical skills.
- Ability to undertake more complex financial analysis.
- Ability to interpret findings and propose alternatives to management.
- Provide direction and guidelines for financial/business decisions.
- Good reporting and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of risk management techniques.
