Female Client Support Manager

On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a Client Support Manager who will be in charge of handling works necessary for carrying out of the after-sale maintenance & support services of our client. Our client is a well known Multinational Insurance and Re-insurance company based in Dubai and below are the duties and responsibilities that they have prepared for the bearer of this role;

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare all client contracts.

2. Give support to solution of problems experienced with the clients after the sales.

3. Give support to product development works.

4. Arrange the covers of the existing products.

5. Prepare quotations for existing and new clients.

6. Organize activities that will strengthen the client loyalty.

7. Monitor and assess the profitability of the contracts.

8. Conduct the renewal negotiations of the contracts.

9. Draft all contracts and product descriptions in English.

10. Give support to the works on ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System.

11. Carry out the quotation procedures in coordination with the company headquarters.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

Must possess a Bachelors Degree.
Must have working knowledge of all operational and sales processes.
Must have an experience in handling B2B, and B2C sales.
Must have excellent Presentation Skills.
Must have a minimum 2 years working experience.
Must have a Presentable Image.
Must have ample technical knowledge in using MS Office Programs.
