The RoleThe RoleOur client, one of the fastest growing public safety and security solutions organisations globally, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Field Engineer Sensors to their UAE team. Our employer seeks a proven performer to assist on their main projects in the region, which include the implementation of advanced integrated security solutions for critical assets, safe city and border protection. Reporting to the In Country Field Manager, your responsibilities will include: Configuration and integration of security sensor devices, setup and/or maintenance of company supplied equipment, machinery and processes Ensure that the systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely Develop a thorough understanding of the operational processes of the system and assist the Site Manager on technical issues during Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) Assist IT and Integration Engineers with site system integration activities Troubleshooting and problem solving the associated security sensor systems as necessary Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Plan and company quality standards Ensure work carried out by Security Sensor Engineers is thoroughly tested before handover for Testing and Commissioning Work closely with IT and Integration engineers to ensure a fully functional system is handed-over within the scope and project schedule |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential attributes include: Degree qualified in Electronics / Electrical Engineering Minimum 3-5 years experience with installation and configuration deployment of Bespoke security systems Minimum 3 years work experience within the Middle East Proven knowledge in communication devices (protocol converters copper/fiber); computer based LPR systems would be highly regarded Experience with Video Motion Detection (VMD) Devices and Video Encoding devices is highly regarded Experienced with multi-vendor integration and system analysis Previous experience on projects involving Telecommunications, IT, Networks, Security Systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential Excellent English verbal, reading and writing skills are essential A competitive salary package will be provided to attract top candidates to the role. |
