Employment: Full Time

Position Summary
The Post holder is responsible for the successful Maintenance of the outdoor equipment and fulfils all related SLA agreements. In addition he is responsible to schedule and organise all preventive Maintenance work necessary to achieve the specified MTBF times of the equipment in the environment the equipment is installed.
He is leading the outdoor maintenance Team in all aspects and provides the required reports as demanded from Maintenance manager to fulfil the contractual obligations and serve the customer to meet his expectation.

Responsibilities
• Leading and directing the Outdoor Maintenance Team, sub supplier’s interfaces and related procurement activities
• Technical responsible for all handed over sites including communication network, power supply, sensors installed in the field excluding Datacenter equipment
• This includes preventive maintenance and fault attendance to the same time.
• The overall objective is to minimize the number of outdoor faults over time and to ensure an overall availability of 98% regarding outdoor equipment
• Manage Subcontractor on day to day base to address all faults highlighted by service desk and to carry out the preventive maintenance schedule
• Ensure that all deliverables, spares are in place to execute the work in line with the SLA requirements
• Manage RMA process in close coordination with the RMA manager
• Supporting the Maintenance Manager to establish a long-term relationship to the costumer
• Establishing and managing a detailed work programme with the subcontractor
• Defining of countermeasures in case of deviations to plan and direct reporting any impacts to the Maintenance Manger
• That includes daily and weekly progress report as required by the costumer
• Obtaining all approvals for site access and cut outs if required to carry out preventive Maintenance or fault rectification work
• Responsible to manage the site safety and environment alongside with the HSE engineer
• Support NOC team to remove services or to attend accidents
• Maintaining of Trackers for fault resolution and preventive maintenance
• Participating in internal and external Maintenance meetings review meetings
• Supporting the Maintenance Manger to set up progress reports including KPI figures,
• Monitoring and controlling of Maintenance progress including sub supplier control and procurement
• Identifying and managing maintenance risk and try to minimize the number of faults occurred
• Build a time schedule for preventive and fault resolution and set priorities in cooperation with Maintenance manger
• Managing all infrastructure activities at site and distribute site to the team defines responsibilities and work for the team
• Presenting to the Maintenance manager changes to work plan if required
• Working with the AIS representative for reporting and address issues to the client
• Responsible for the safety and HSE plan for the sites / subs
• Responsible for the QA for the sites
• Responsible for local infrastructure logistic on site
• Approval of subcontractors’ quantities and invoices

Requirements

Education / Certification Requirements:
• Degree: Deployment Engineer / Electrical Engineer/ Electronic Engineer

Skills and Experience
• At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management of Surveillance deployment projects
• Experience in MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel, MS Power point, Visio, Risk management, monitoring techniques, Safe Working processes, Reporting methods
• Experience in organization of maintenance work and be familiar with the related KPI
• Experience in budget manages and controls
• Experience in Middle East
• Independent and individual abilities, work under pressure.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
• Solution orientated
• Team Leader, Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; Ability to work and to deal with different cultures
