Traditional Trade Business Development Manager

- Promote Company Brand and handle Sales activities in salons within 3 main region : Jeddah- Riyadh and Damam.
- Manage a sales team of 12 with constant coaching on sale techniques and close field follow-up.
- Develop and implement proper KPIs to drive sales and distribution of the brand in salons.
- Analyze the business and generate weekly reports based on qualitative and quantitative feedback on the market, clients, launches, competition and share it with the team in Dubai.
- Explore ways to accelerate the growth in sales and distribution through different distribution models, promotion strategies, and conquest.
- Liaise and coordinate with the marketing and education teams in Dubai and follow up on, launches, animations, and education plans.
- Train and Maintain close follow-up with sales teams on new launches, animations and any specific projects or initiatives in the market ensuring proper and timely implementation.
- Liaise with salons and hairdressers to optimize the sales volume and profitability inside salons and promote the brand and services to reach their full potential.
- Identify, propose and negotiate potential business deals with potential partners; discover and explore opportunities and new sales partners in each region.

Requirements

- Diploma or University Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration or Management.
- 3- 5 years of experience in sales team management and field experience and business development ideally in Hair dressing, Traditional Trade and Whole Sale Markets.
- Good Communication, positive attitude, hands-on organization, presentation, hardworking, flexible, able to travel on monthly basis between the 3 regions (preferably resides already in KSA).
- Field Sales Team Management, Project Management and Market Research skills. Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, and have good Market Knowledge
- Good sense for marketing and beauty products
