Field Sales Consultants (Construction Hardware Equipment )
Salary AED 10,000/- -AED 14,000/- + bonus of 25% of annual basic salary on achievement of KPI’s and company objectives

Location - Abu Dhabi

Our client is a well-known, global company dealing in the manufacture and marketing of quality power tools for the construction industry. They are seeking highly motivated and driven sales individuals with knowledge of the construction industry. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a prerequisite for this role of Field Sales Consultant to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Reporting in to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing the Power Tool brand in the region. Promoting and creating demand for Power Tools in the region. Delivering set objectives in terms of achieving and exceeding sales targets, gross margin and collections. Assisting the BDM in managing the end – user business and distribution. Train the distributor and end-user on the use of Power Tools and New Product Introduction (NPI).Plan and organize site visits, dealers events and swarms. To liaise with Customer Service, Service Department, Marketing and Finance. Prepare daily activity reports.

Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in oral/written English and Arabic.

Required Skills and Experience –

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Power Tool or related industry.
• Construction industry knowledge is a pre-requisite for this role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office is a must).
• A team player.
• Good organizational skills.
• From an electrical or mechanical engineering background preferred.

A full driving license is essential.
