Employment: Full Time

Field Sales Executive Air Freight - Abu Dhabi

- Development of Air freight business to and from UAE in line with the GP targets set.
- Further Development and retention of existing customer base and major focus on new customer development.
- Ensure to adhere to all company, legal, human resources, environmental, ISO, Security and health and safety procedures and standards.
- Work closely between existing clients and Product to ensure their current support is maintained.
- Identify new opportunities within these clients and with Product support secure new business.
- Identify new target accounts as agreed by the Sales and Airfreight Management and develop relationships and business.
- Meet and exceed airfreight sales targets as predefined in Incentive Scheme by the Management.
- Contribute to K+N UAE achieving annual Budget.
- Provide continuous feedback on market rates & conditions.
- Maintain VLog inputs for all client activities and opportunities.
- Conduct sales projects as required by Sales and Air Freight Management.
- Ensure that all Products are known to the customers including Air, Sea, Insurance, Contract Logistics, and Road transport.

Requirements

- Business delivery against agreed strategy and business plan.
- Overall growth and profit development.
- 25 Sales Calls per month.
- 10 Sales Leads per month.
- 24 New Customer Profiles in KN LOGIN.
- 5 KN Insurance Sales Leads under Product (Fix & Flex).
- UAE Market Experience.
- Proven Performer in Logistics Sales.
- 5 Years in Logistics Industry Including Preferably for Multinational Company.
- Air/Sea Operational Experience.
- Supply Chain Management within airfreight.
- Extensive proven sales record.
- Proven In-depth knowledge of industry and good awareness of competitors business strategy.
- Robust multi modal and supply chain knowledge from door-to-door in regards to airfreight.
- Very good knowledge of QSHE processes, requirements and formats.
