Field Sales Executive Airfreight - Abu Dhabi

The purpose of the role is to develop, using all of the tools available to you, business from existing and new customers in order to reach and exceed predefined targets set by Management.

- Development of Airfreight business to and from UAE. In line with the Tons and GP targets set.
- Execution of Regional Airfreight Sales & Development Strategy.
- Further Development and retention of existing customer base and major focus on new customer development.
- Adherence to company compliance, legal, human resources, environmental, ISO, Security and health and safety procedures and standards.

- Business delivery against agreed strategy and business plan
- Overall growth and profit development
- Raising Kuehne + Nagels profile as the leading logistics provider

Requirements

- Local Market Experience in Air Freight
- Air Operational Experience
- Proven Sales experience in the UAE
- General Knowledge of all KN Products
- Extensive proven sales record
- Proven In-depth knowledge of airfreight operations and good awareness of competitors business strategy
- Robust multi modal and supply chain knowledge from door-to-door in regards to industry
- Very good knowledge of QSHE processes, requirements and formats
- Solid PC Background
- Sales Automation Skills
- Able to Work in Team Environment
- Solid Ocean and Air Operational Knowledge
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Customer Focus
- Presentation Skills
