Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Saudi Nationals ONLY

Collaborates with:
Other members of the Field Sales Teams.
The PSSR’s who cover the same territories.
The Divisional Marketing Team.
Brand Managers
Principals and Principals Representatives.

DUTIES
Plan territorial coverage to maximize face to face customer contact with particular attention to time management and call planning.
Identify problem areas and work on suitable cost effective solutions.
Predominantly an outside sales role. Must be in the field at least 4 days per week.
Build a data base of suspects and prospects
Manage and achieve the minimum amount of daily sales calls as set by the Sales Management.
Implement good customer relationship management
Complete the necessary documentation:
Weekly Call Plans
Sales Contact Reports
Suspect and Prospect lists
Customer Survey’s
Marketing Data sheets

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES
Increase market shares within allocated territory.
Increase Sales Volume within allocated territory.
Increase sales into existing customers (Up Sell).
Increase size of buying customer base within the allocated territory - QQD
Increase Sales Margins
Relate/report aftermarket issues to regional product support management
Maintain and grow the base of loyal customers
Gather competition and market intelligence
Seek new opportunities for new product acquisitions
Improvement in Sales Efficiency

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Increase buying customer base within the allocated territory.
Increase sales volume into existing customers within the allocated territory.
Maintain agreed sales margins.
Increase enquiry input & Improve conversion ratio’s and hit rates.
Increase market Shares through penetration into the competitions client base.
Increase customer satisfaction levels
Achievement of training & development plan

SAUDI NATIONALS:
High School
A good command of English both Written and Verbal.
Have had some formal soft skills training.

EXPATRIATES:
A University Degree (Business, Sales and Marketing Preferred).
A good command of English both Written and Verbal.
Have had some formal soft skills training.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3-5 years in a Field Sales Environment selling similar products.
A Driving License that can be easily transferred.
