Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity has come up to join a leading FMCG company. Based in JAFZA, our client is looking for a sales focused and hands-on Field Sales Manager to manage the company's Key Account customers.
Responsibilities:
Control all activities of the sales team in terms of prospecting, negotiating with key account customers and achieving daily, monthly and yearly targets in the respective areas.
Monitor performance of the sales team against key measurements (collections, individual targets, consumer promotion execution and product listing ).
Implement sales and marketing activities.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Develop journey plans for the sales team and monitor implementation
Establish monthly sales objectives for the sales team and submit them to management.
Monitor each salesperson’s daily performance and compare results with the month’s objective.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding market performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Skills:
University Degree
Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG in UAE
Excellent relation with the management and staff of Key Account customers in the respective areas
Able to manage staff effectively, openly and positively
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken ) Arabic is an advantage
Excellent organizational and motivational skills
Self-motivated, reliable and confident
Competent in analyzing market situation and identifying customer needs and opportunities for growth.
Extensive knowledge in implementing on the ground marketing activities.
Ability to lead a team and to deal effectively with pressure
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
