Job description / Role
We are currently hiring for Field Service Engineers (FSE) with Automation experience to work for our client in Cape Town. Our client are a French end of line packaging machines manufacturer with offices worldwide. The FSE will travel frequently with more than 200 days a year working on site.
You will be responsible for:
- Perform technical interventions, diagnostic and technical visits on our clients range of equipment.
- Tune and troubleshoot equipment for proper operation.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules.
Requirements
We can only accept South African nationals for these roles as no sponsorship can be offered. Must have minimum of 5 years experience and must posses well-rounded knowledge of electro-mechanical machinery with extensive exposure to PLCs and troubleshoot electrical systems.
Experience in working in an international environment and a complex organization.
Autonomous with excellent ability to face changes and new situations, rigorous and organized.
