We are currently looking for Field Service Engineers with experience working in the packaging sector to be based Dubai.

Overview of the Position
- Installation, start-up, commissioning and test of all equipment supply to final customer
- Plant technical assistance during and after warranty period, training and other Services of equipment provided to the final Customer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible of equipment performances at Customer plant, based on Technical, Contractual and Safety specifications
- Properly handles, checks and transfer equipment deficiencies in order to full fill their commitments
- Ensures Job Progress Chart and technical reports referred to activity carried out
- Responsible for the ultimate internal and external Customers satisfaction.
- Coordinates and controls local suppliers - when necessary to provide man power or parts required completing the activity.

Education & Languages
- Technical Degree
- Specific technical knowledge (Software tools in use, Process;)
- Fluent English

Professional Skills & Experience
- 5/10 years experience of site activities
- Experience in Predis machinery a MUST.
- Cultural Openness: He deals and performs with colleagues and Customer worldwide.
- Competence/specific knowledge:
- Specific technical knowledge (Software tools in use, Process;) .
- Good personal skills, especially ability to communicate with technicians and customers
- Leadership
- Necessity to be curious, dynamic and rigorous
- Ability to act on behalf of the company with Customers.
- Represents company values including: customer satisfaction, leadership, team work, commitment, integrity
- Micro-Biological general knowledge.
- Available to cover all Southern and Eastern African Area in line and respecting company rule and process
