The Role


The Role


Primary focus :

Technical and product support primarily of Avionics related products for Emirates Airlines and additional customers in the United Arab Emirates region. Focus in acting as the organization's representative at the customers throughout UAE.

Main organization’s products in support of Air Transport & Regional A/c. Additionally some business aviation support in-region may be required.

Position is based in Dubai at Emirates Airlines facility. Will also support any additional and new customers in area on management request.

This position includes Technical support (troubleshooting) spares availability, technical documentation, and all related activities to comply with customer operations, co-ordination with air-framers local representatives, SBUs and team members.

Awareness of business opportunities and keeping informed CAL’s and EMEA Leadership.

Coordinate necessary actions to fix customer support issues.

Highlight any business/customer satisfaction issues and opportunities to designated CAL / CCT / EMEA leadership.

Experience/Education Required/Sought:

Normally requires a Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline plus eight years of directly related experience, or in lieu of a formal education, fourteen years of directly related experience which yields an equivalent level of knowledge and abilities. Computer literacy a must. Fluency in English Language mandatory.
