The RoleThe RoleA Field Service Engineer is required in UAE by an American manufacturing company. My Client is a multinational company producing level instrumentation for liquids. They are market leader in the petrochemical industry. Field Service Engineer will perform service assignments involving a full range of company products in the Middle East. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose and determine cause of problems (process, application or malfunction of instrument), make changes, corrections and replaces units as necessary. Discuss operating results with established local service companies or companies dealing with start-up, with representatives and customers. Make report on service calls Troubleshoot problems over the phone to get equipment back online. Review electronic and mechanical units. Travel to job site for repair of equipment Job Skills: Able to understand instrumentation process environment Able to read electrical schematics and prints (analog and digital circuits) and transducer. Able to work with electronic measurement and test equipment, check and measure PC boards Customer / Commercial skills Decision / disposition making skills Repair PC-boards: solder and re-solder electronic components. |
RequirementsRequirements Degree in Electronic Engineering with technical experience in instrumentation world 5-15 years experience. Experience in instrumentation is a must Age: between 30 ‘V 40 years old, preferably single / bachelor Can work independently Language: Fluent in English (write and speak) Willing to travel frequently Nationality: Indian or Pakistani (preferably) |
