Job description / Role
- Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed
- Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
- Ensure delivery of value to clients and customers
- Financial control according to previously agreed budgets and plans
- Cost and time minimize the project
Requirements
- Minimum Associates degree or technical trade school diploma; four year degree in engineering or programming preferred
- More than 3 years experience servicing BMS, HVAC, Fire, Security or access entry and alarm systems
- Strong fault finding skills
- Good communication both written and verbal
- The ability to work under pressure
- Strong commitment to safety and safe working environment
- Valid UAE drivers License
