Job description / Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Trainer and to the Middle East Training Manager, the Field Trainer will be in charge of training delivery in a few countries of the Middle East - UAE, KSA (for male training only), Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain. Countries will be decided according to candidate profile.
The Field Trainer will be in charge of in-store training and follow up, including:
Own and Exclusive Brands In-store Training
- Provide product knowledge, selling tips and application techniques on all Own Brand product novelties and current products
- Teach make-up application on make-up products all lines (eyes, lips, complexion)
- Teach skin consultation, hand & face demo technique on skincare products
- Present all new launches of Exclusive brands product knowledge, selling tips and application techniques
- Work directly with the Senior Trainer to receive all information, material and training
- Train and follow up with all employees in the countries
SERVICES
- Provide in-depth training on all services available in store technical & selling parts
- Receive store reports and schedule store visits accordingly for follow up
TRAINING FOLLOW UP
- Follow up with each Beauty Consultant on training attended selling techniques & categories
- Work closely with the Regional Trainers to receive action plan and feedback
- Work closely with the Education Lead for follow up and monitoring of results
E-LEARNING
- Work closely with the Education Lead for e-learning participation
- Monitor and follow up on results provide coaching & follow up accordingly
MAKE-UP DEVELOPMENT
- Work closely with Make-up Artists and Beauty Consultants to increase and strengthen their Make-up skills and expertise
- Advise on Beauty Consultants development plan (training to attend, practise and follow up in store)
- Train and coach Make-up Artists and BC for Make-up events
- Require to participate in events and grooming projects
Will require 80% of time OUT (in-store training and coaching) and 20% of time IN (receive training material, work on reports, meeting with Training and HO team) - 4 days OUT & 1 day IN / week
Requirements
- English & Arabic speaker
- Available to travel in GCC and Europe (mandatory)
- Minimum 1/2 years experience in training and/or sales within the beauty industry
- Retail experience is an advantage
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
