Job description / Role
- Participate in all phases of product installation & implementation cycle: from product definition and design, through implementation, debugging, testing and support
- Work as solution architect for IBM FileNet products.
- Work with System Architects and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and solutions architecture.
- Work with the development teams to resolve issues and deploy fixes
- Implement product roll-outs to customers.
- Adhere to architectural guidelines/standards and delivery discipline processes.
- Present proposed solution to the customer.
- Achieve Technical Certification as per plan.
- Conducting customized product training to customers
- Participate in implementing POCs
Requirements
- Degree (BSc or Diploma) in Computer Science or any other relevant field.
- 5+ Years experience in IBM FileNet P8 administration: Content Platform / Content Navigator /IBM ICC / IBM Datacap / Content Analytics / IBM ACM.
- Experience of creating workflows solutions using FileNet eForms.
- Experience with building Datacap and Case Manager solutions.
- Experience with building and implementing business solutions based on FileNet out of the box.
- Experience of IBM WebSphere Administration.
- Experience of working with MS Windows 2008 / 2012 Servers & Solaris is a plus.
- Experience with database servers i.e. Oracle / MS SQL / DB2.
- Excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and help the team assess impacts to timelines.
- Proven understanding of IBM Software Solutions and their relevance to the customers business challenges.
