The RoleThe RoleWe are a boutique agency, based in JLT, with Head office in Malta. With a team of 6 in Dubai we have a solid client base across the GCC and MENA regions. We operate in a relaxed, yet high achieving environment, where everyone is accountable for their own desk. Due to increased workloads we are looking for an experienced consultant to source candidates across all technical functions within a specific industry focus. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and closing roles in all regions. Ideally you will have experience in client management, and if you want BD - however, filling positions is of a higher priority at the moment. |
RequirementsRequirementsWe have a BD Manager, who picks up the roles and manages the client process, however, if someone wants to do a 360 degree role, then the option is there. This is a career orientated role - perhaps you are tired of the big agency sausage factory and want to join a more relaxed, autonomous and independent environment. We pay above market commissions for successful placements. |
