Minimum Qualification

Minimum 15 years experience in the film extrusion industry and R&D activities . Graduate with MSc, PhD in polymer science, materials science or polymer engineering, chemistry or related discipline

Development of new films. Providing technical support to internal and external customers.

Required Skills and Competencies

Must have the expert level of knowledge with hands-on experiences to lead development program about:

• Blown film extrusion techniques including classification, design and related techniques.
• Product and process development methodology.
• Structural and scientific approach to R&D project, product development, qualification techniques and patent filing procedure.
• Film extrusion manufacturing processes including coextrusion, multi layer film, process condition setting, optimization and trouble shooting for the related areas.
• Characterization of material properties including mechanical, rheological, structural, thermal and optical properties.
• Film extrusion material compounding, additives, stabilizers, antioxidants, anti-slipping, stabilizers modifiers etc….
• Material evaluation and product design.
• Technical knowhow on plastic processing/ Plastic properties/ formulations.
