The RoleThe RoleThis is a great opportunity to join a reputable MNC and work with highly professional people! You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and provide support to the Business Unit from a financial perspective by covering the two key areas of accounting, Financial accounting and Management accounting. The financial accounting team’s objective is to prepare financial reports to comply with the mandatory external regulations which are verified by the external auditors. The management accounting team’s objective is to provide senior management with key information in order to facilitate them with their decisions. Your main responsibilities will include: To manage the financial analytical requirements of the Business Unit Provide continuous support to the Financial Controller, Director of Finance and Operations team by efficiently and effectively analysing data whilst suggesting ways to improve financial reporting Generate operational reports with supporting financial information and submit to the owners on a daily basis Analyze operational data to produce financial information ensuring maximum profitability of operations Analyze data on a customer level and provide internal customers detailed back up of the recharges monthly On a P&L level monitor Cost of Goods sold by anticipating the cost each month. Accrue for the costs when we do not receive an invoice Responsible for regularly communicating with Operations to develop accurate forecasts and budgets Perform other duties as requested by the Financial Controller |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in this role you must have/be: Western educated Bachelor of Business Degree 3 years experience in a similar role Advanced user in Microsoft Excel Analytical Skills Communication skills Interpersonal Skills |
